PAYMENT, PRICING & INVOICING POLICY

1) Accepted Methods

UPI, credit/debit cards, net‑banking, and wallets supported by [PAYMENT GATEWAY NAME].

2) Currency & Taxes

All prices are in INR and [inclusive/exclusive] of GST. If exclusive, GST is added at checkout. GST invoices are issued to the billing entity you provide.

3) Advance & Security Deposit

  • 100% advance is required to confirm any slot.
  • A refundable security deposit of ₹[X] may apply for certain bookings or equipment; returned within [3–5] business days post inspection.

4) Overtime & Add‑ons

  • Overtime is billed in [15/30]‑minute blocks at [1.5×] the hourly rate.
  • Add‑ons (extra lights, mics, backgrounds, teleprompter, green screen, etc.) are billed as listed on the Site.

5) Chargebacks & Disputes

  • For any payment discrepancy, write to harsh@thestudiovelvet.in with your Order ID. We aim to resolve in [72] hours. Filing unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
