All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once a booking is confirmed.
2) Rescheduling
One free reschedule if requested ≥ 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
Requests 24–48 hours before start: reschedule fee of [₹X or 25%] of the booking value.
Requests < 24 hours or no‑shows: not eligible for reschedule; the booking is forfeited.
Rescheduled bookings must be used within [90] days of the original date.
To reschedule, email harsh@thestudiovelvet.in or WhatsApp [SUPPORT NUMBER] with your Order ID and preferred new slot.
3) Studio‑Initiated Changes
If we must move your slot due to force majeure or operational issues, we’ll propose alternate slots. If none are acceptable within [30] days, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4) Duplicate Payments & Over‑charges
Genuine duplicate payments or incorrect over‑charges will be refunded in 5–7 business days to the original method after verification.
