Welcome to Studio Velvet (the “Studio”), accessible at thestudiovelvet.in (the “Site”). The Site and offline studio rental services are provided by STUDIO VELVET PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered address at 91P, Sector 19, Part 1, Huda, Sirsa, Haryana 125055 (collectively, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking, paying for, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services & Bookings

  • We rent podcast, video and photo studio space and equipment on a time‑slot basis. Some add‑ons may be chargeable.
  • A booking is confirmed only after 100% advance payment is received through our payment gateway or an approved offline method.
  • The person making the booking (“Client/you”) must be 18+ and capable of forming a contract.
  • Redistribute content from mymind.school (intimacyacademy.in)

2) Pricing, Taxes & Invoices

  • Prices are quoted in INR and are [inclusive/exclusive] of GST. If exclusive, applicable taxes are added at checkout.

3) Rescheduling & Cancellations (Summary)

  • No cancellations and no refunds.
  • One free reschedule if requested ≥ 48 hours before the booking start time and subject to slot availability.
  • Requests 24–48 hours before start: reschedule fee [₹X or 25%] of the booking value.
  • Requests < 24 hours or no‑shows: booking is forfeited; no reschedule or refund.

4) Check‑in, Overtime & House Rules

  • Please arrive on time. Setup and pack‑down must be inside your paid slot.
  • Overtime is billed in [15/30]‑minute blocks at [1.5×] the hourly rate, subject to Studio availability.
  • The Client is responsible for their crew, talent and guests. Keep noise and conduct reasonable; comply with building rules.
  • Cleanliness: leave the space as found. Excess cleaning fee may apply (₹[X]).
  • Damage: You’re liable for any damage or loss to Studio property/equipment; repair or replacement costs are chargeable. We may take a refundable security deposit of ₹[X] for certain bookings.
  • Prohibited: smoking, open flames, confetti/glitter, hazardous materials, illegal activities, pornographic/obscene content production, or anything that risks people/property, unless we’ve approved in writing and applicable permits are shown.
  • Electricity & safety: Do not overload circuits or tamper with fixtures. Follow our staff’s safety instructions.

5) Equipment, Files & Third‑Party Vendors

  • Use in‑house equipment as briefed by staff. Any external vendor (e.g., makeup, stylist, rental lights) is your responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for data loss or corruption on your cameras, cards or drives. Always back up your footage/photos.

6) Content Ownership & Permissions

  • You retain ownership of your content. You represent and warrant that your content and activities in the Studio are lawful and do not infringe third‑party rights.
  • If you tag us or agree in writing, we may re‑share behind‑the‑scenes images/videos for our portfolio and social media. You can revoke consent by emailing [PRIVACY/LEGAL EMAIL].

7) Force Majeure & Studio‑Initiated Changes

  • If we must reschedule due to events beyond our control (power failure, building issues, government orders, natural events), we’ll offer an alternate slot at no extra cost. If no suitable slot is available within [30] days, you may request a full refund.

8) Payment Terms; Chargebacks

  • Accepted methods are listed at checkout (cards, UPI, net‑banking, wallets, etc.). Payments are processed by [PAYMENT GATEWAY NAME].

9) Indemnity & Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

10) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [HISAR/NEW DELHI/HARYANA].
